Levelling up Your Political Persuasion Skills

"The Greens only care about the environment" "What are the Greens going to do for the economy?" "The Greens can't win": Struggled to answer these questions before?

If you want to learn how to have productive, open-minded conversations about politics with people who see the world differently and how to handle all those sticky questions you might get while campaigning, then this is the event for you.

We’re hosting a half day workshop where we will be training you in how to persuade someone to vote for the Greens, how to talk about Greens policies and how to handle those sticky questions

We have an amazing chance of winning South Brisbane, with the media reporting that we only need 455 votes to win. But if we want to win those 455 votes we need to have thousands of one on one conversations.

This event is for people of all experience levels from regular doorknockers to first timers.

There will be training sessions on general persuasive conversation skills, and specific workshops on particular issues. You’ll get a chance to practice your newfound skills with other volunteers.

We'll be posting a venue and timetable in the next few weeks.
