Woolloongabba PDA Submission Template

The Woolloongabba Priority Development Area (PDA) is a huge 106 hectare area across Woolloongabba, East Brisbane and Kangaroo PointThe area centres around the Gabba Stadium, and the new Cross River Rail station.

The plan includes significant upzoning across the area, building heights up to 75 storeys. It also includes upgrades to the Gabba Stadium, some additional "open space", public land to be developed and no binding requirements for public and affordable housing.

Residents have until 5 July to make a submission. After this, there will be limited opportunities for genuine community consultation.

If you'd like more information on the Woolloongabba PDA before making a submission, you can check out my page on it here. You can also read the documents and overview from the Department here
