West End is such a great place to live that over the last decade the population has doubled. But sadly, successive governments haven't invested in the infrastructure our growing community needs.

This is particularly true for people living in apartments between Montague Road and Riverside Drive. There's little public transport options outside of the buses that get stuck on the congested Montague Road during peak hours. We're still waiting for our long-promised new ferry terminal and green bridge. 

Housing in the area is becoming increasingly unaffordable. For the over 58% of West End residents who rent their homes, the cost of rent keeps going up and up. For those who bought their home to stay in the area, they're feeling the squeeze of the giant mortgage they had to take on.  

What is your priority for our community? What extra services or infrastructure do you think would make this section of West End an even better place to live? What would you like to see the government doing to help you and your neighbours? What else should I be fighting for as your local MP?
